My husband and I have been married for 6 years, together for over 14 years. We have a beautiful baby girl who is our absolute world. Our animals consist of 2 dogs-Boxer & Great Dane, 8 laying hens, and three goats. You could say we live on a small farm. My husband, Blair, and I are high school sweethearts <3 My family comes first and is always an integral part of my life and business.
While I’m not shooting or editing, you can find me spending time in a big tee and sweatpants at home with my baby girl.
What to expect with me as your photographer:
I am very intentional when shooting and being with a TSP couple. I want to snag y’all in the best way that represents your relationship. Not all prompts work with each couple and I understand that! I love to drive around with you during sessions if needed, laugh with you, play with your dog, and get to know you. I’m go with the flow and want this entire experience to be fun. I’ll will work with you to ensure I capture what you see as most important as well as putting my own artistic touch to your photos.
I want to be up front with you before you inquire or book with me! With that being said, I don’t change my editing style during the editing process if requested. I totally understand your thoughts and questions— it’s the newest chapter in YOUR life, but you’ve chosen to look into me and my business for a reason, so please trust me and the process. Each session is different with lighting and location so not every edit will look 100% the same! I’m capturing memories of who you are in this moment and I think that is something that needs to be valued. That being said, I do not do any photoshop or editing of size, tan lines, etc. during the editing process unless you get a pesky bump the night before your wedding day or get an obtrusive bruise that I can take out for portraits (just let me know if that’s a concern)!
You have been perfectly designed by our creator and God makes no mistakes. I’m a firm believer of Christ and want to serve you the best that I can. If those things don’t align with you, that’s okay! My style, brand, and goals are Christian-based.
